Delete your account
Two ways to do it. The first takes about ten seconds and is
immediate.
From inside the app — fastest
- Open Fitineary and go to Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read what it says goes, and confirm.
You are signed out straight away and the data is removed. Nothing is queued for review and
there is no waiting period.
By email — if you no longer have the app
Write to support@7thpillar.com
from the email address the account uses, with the subject
“Delete my Fitineary account”.
We reply from that address only, and we delete within 30 days of confirming
it is you — usually the same week. We ask for nothing beyond the request itself: your email
address is the account, so sending from it is the proof.
There is no undo. Deleting is immediate and permanent, and we do not keep a
copy to restore from. If you want your logs first, take them before you delete: Profile
→ Settings → Export my data.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in — the email address stops being an account.
- Your profile: name, photograph, sex, date of birth, height, goal, activity level, units and
notification preferences.
- Every diary entry: meals and portions, water, sleep, mood, body weight, exercises, sets and
reps, and completed routine sessions.
- Every photograph and video you uploaded, including the file itself, not only the record of
it.
- Your routines and diet plans.
- Your coaching connections, and the messages in them.
- Any notification token for your device.
What is not
- The shared catalogue — the built-in exercises and foods everybody
uses. It was never yours; your custom entries go with your account.
- A coach's own copy of a routine they wrote. If a trainer created a routine
and assigned it to you, the original stays theirs. Your copy, and their access to you, go.
- Ordinary server logs — request records with no diary content in them
— which age out on their own.
If you only want to stop a coach seeing your diary
You do not have to delete the account for that. Open the Coach tab, use the
menu in the top right, and choose Disconnect. Their access stops immediately and
everything you have logged stays yours.
