Fitineary

The itinerary to fitness

Track what you eat, how you move, and how you actually feel — built around the food you really eat.

Fitineary is a food and training diary for people who want an honest picture rather than a scoreboard. Log a meal, a workout, your sleep, your weight. See what changed. Nothing is forbidden and nothing is invented.

What it does today

An Indian food catalogue

Roti, dal, dosa, idli, curd, paneer — in home portions, not an American database with paneer bolted on.

A diary, not a day

Food, water, sleep, mood, weight and training, on any date. Browse back; nothing is locked to today.

Routines you can follow

Group exercises or meals into a routine, schedule the days, and start it in one tap.

Weight as a trend

A four-week chart instead of a single-number panic, and a consistency grid that shows the pattern.

Work with a coach

Connect with a trainer by invite code. They see your diary and assign routines; you can disconnect at any time.

Photograph your meals

Attach a photo to any meal so the log is a record you recognise. You choose the food yourself.

Not a medical device. Fitineary records what you tell it and does the arithmetic. It does not diagnose, treat, or give clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or a dietitian.
